摘  要:为了得到缠绕成型温度和玻璃钢管材性能数据的高精度非线性数学模型,以调整判定系数来评价拟合优度,参考最大相对误差,进行了性能因子为有量纲数时的线性回归,构造了6种温度因数的非线性回归。结果表明,当热风枪加热温度与预热通道温度的比值和热风枪加热温度与芯模温度的比值作为回归的自变量时,关联式拟合层间剪切强度Fsbs的最大偏差为1.46%。当层间剪切强度Fsbs≤27.62MPa时,以预热通道温度与热风枪加热温度的比值和预热通道温度与芯模温度的比值作为回归的自变量,分段回归后关联式的最大偏差为0.005%。而当预热通道温度与热风枪加热温度的比值和热风枪加热温度与芯模温度的比值作为回归的自变量时,关联式拟合环向拉伸强度的最大偏差为0.003%。In order to find high precision nonlinear mathematical model about the winding forming temperature and glass steel pipe performance data, linear regression was conducted with performance factor as dimensional number, the goodness of fit was evaluated with adjusted determination coefficient, the maximum relative error was referenced, then nonlinear regression was conducted with performance factor dimensionless number by constructing six temperature factors. The results show that, when the performance factor is a dimensionless quantity, the regression precision is better; when selecting the ratio of hot air gun heating temperature to preheating channel temperature and the ratio of hot air gun heating temperature to mold temperature as regression variables, the maximum deviation Fshs was 1.46% with the interlayer shear strength Fsbs≤27.62MPa, when selecting the ratio of preheating channel temperature to hot air gun heating temperature and the ratio of preheating temperature to the channel core temperature as regression variables, the maximum deviation is O. 005%; when selecting the ratio of preheating channel temperature to hot air gun heating temperature and the ratio of hot air gun heating temperature to mold temperature as regression variables, the maximum deviation is 0. 003%.
