同伴教育在大学生宿舍文化建设中的应用探析

摘　　要：伴随着4G网络时代的到来,电脑、手机等电子产品在大学生中日益普及,大学生课余户外活动相对减少,更多的学生喜欢在宿舍与电子产品为伴,度过大部分的课余时间。宿舍文化已然成为影响大学生成长、成才的重要高校文化。通过分析同伴教育在宿舍文化建设中的必要性和可行性,研究同伴教育在大学生宿舍文化建设中的应用,科学选拔、培训同伴教育的志愿者,以影响宿舍其他成员,从而营造和谐文明向上的宿舍文化氛围,在宿舍成员间传递宿舍文化的正能量。With the coming of online services, the electric equipment, such as computers, mobile phones has be- come quite popular among college students. In the contrast, students＇ after-class activities and outdoor activities have de- creased relatively, because more and more students choose to spend time in the dormitory. As an important part in college culture, dormitory culture is vital to the building of college culture as a whole. However, the dormitory culture, now, has some negative impacts on the moral education in colleges. This paper aims to analyze the application of peer education to the building of dormitory culture in college, thus, the positive influences of dormitory culture can be better spread. Be- sides, in order to build a new mode for the building of dormitory culture, it is expected to analyze the necessity and feasibil- ity of peer education in the building of dormitory culture.
