超声弹性成像对髂关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的诊断

摘　　要：目的:应用超声弹性成像技术评价不同阶段下肢髂关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)的弹性变化。方法:36例髂关节置换术后确诊的DVT血栓患者,根据症状开始时间将其分为急性期、亚急性期、慢性期血栓组,观察不同时期血栓的超声弹性图像评分及血栓的应变比值及特征。结果:1超声弹性显示,急性期血栓表现为红色,亚急性期表现为绿色,慢性期表现为蓝色;2慢性血栓组及亚急性血栓组的超声弹性评分及应变比值高于急性血栓组(P<0.05)。结论:超声弹性成像技术对髂关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓的形成分期及硬度变化具有一定的临床意义。Objective： To evaluate the elasticity changes of deep venous thrombosis （DVT） of lower extremity in patients with replacement iliac by ultrasound elasticity imaging technique. Methods：Thirty- six patients with DVT were divided into acute, subacute and chronic thrombosis groups according to the beginning time of symptom, and scores of ultrasonic elastic imaging, the strain ratios and characteristics of thrombus at different periods were observed. Results： ①Acute, subacute and chronic thrombosis were observed to be red, green and blue respectively in ultrasonic elasticity image.② Ultrasonic elasticity scores and strain ratios were higher in chronic and subacute thrombosis group than that in acute thrombosis group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： It has some clinic significance to evaluate stage of thrombosis and stiffness of thrombus in deep vein of lower extremity in patients with replacement iliac by ultrasound elasticity imaging.
