部队军事训练期间心理卫勤保障方案的研究

摘　　要：目的：为部队寒区冬季军事训练选择最优的心理卫勤保障方案。方法：采用层次分析法（analytic hierarchy prosess,AHP）,系统分析影响部队寒区冬季军事训练心理卫勤保障效率的各相关因素,并构建递阶层次结构模型。构造两两判断矩阵,采用＂1~9标度＂收集数据。检验矩阵的一致性,计算综合权重,根据综合权重对备选方案进行选优。结果：构建了17个判断矩阵,对矩阵进行一致性检验C.R.均〈0.1。计算各方案综合权重分别为：D1=0.5283,D2=0.2923,D3=0.1832。结论：部队寒区冬季军事训练期间应采取以专业心理保障人员为主的保障方案。Objective： To select the optimum psychological health service support plan for military training in frigid region. Methods： Based on the principle of analytic hierarchy process （AHP）, all factors influence the efficiency of psychological health service support for military training in frigid region were systematically analyzed, hierarchical structure model and judgement matrix were constructed, and data were collected by ＂1--9 scales＂ method. The consistency of judgement matrix was tested, and synthetic weights were calculated, then the optimum plan was selected based on it.Results： All together 17 judgement matrixs were constructed. All the consistency ratios of matrixes were less than 0.1 （C. R. 〈 0.1）. The synthetic weights of the preliminary plans： D1 = 0. 5283; D2 = 0. 292; D3 = 0. 1832. Conclusion： The psychological health service support plan with mental health professionals should be taken during military training in frigid region.
