摘　　要：当前,我国监狱工作在实践运作中由于受到多重因素的干扰和影响,加之利益机制的驱动,在很多方面与中国现代监狱制度的基本精神和目标要求呈现很大偏差,进而使中国现代监狱制度面临一系列瓶颈与障碍,主要表现为目标与手段错位、职能与功能不分、本质与现象混同、主体与客体颠倒、自律与他律对立等,这些瓶颈与障碍严重制约和削弱了中国现代监狱制度的行刑效益和作用发挥,也使监狱工作出现了一些偏颇和失误。因此,在当前对中国现代监狱制度面临的瓶颈与障碍进行深入思考并找出破解之路,是一个亟待解决的现实问题。At present, due to the influence of multiple factors, combined with the drive of interests mechanism, China jail work has large deviation at the basic spirit of the Chinese modem prison system and target requirements in practice in many ways, thus makes the Chinese modem prison system face a series of bottlenecks and obstacles, mainly manifesting as dislocation of the goal and means, non disjunction of functions and features, reverse confusion of essence and phenomenon, confusion of subject and object, self - discipline and heteronomy antithesis, etc. , these bottlenecks and barriers seriously restrict and weaken the execution efficiency of the Chinese modem prison system and role play, also bring some bias and error. Therefore, to carry on the deep thinking in the current bottleneck and obstacle in Chinese modem prison system and find a way out is a realistic problem urgently to be solved.
