法科学生参与社区矫正路径探索

摘　　要：法学专业的应用性决定法科学生须参加社会实践,其中参与社区矫正是社会实践的重要形式。法科学生参与社区矫正,有利于减轻政府的负担,提高法科学生综合素质,提升矫正对象教育改造效果。但高校对法科学生参与社区矫正重视程度不够,社区矫正机构对法科学生参与社区矫正工作的认识不足,部分法科学生对参与社区矫正积极性不高。为了解决这些问题,高校应当加强对法科学生参与社区矫正的重视程度,社区矫正机构应当主动吸收法科学生参与社区矫正,法科学生应当进一步提升参与社区矫正能力。The law application determines that the professional law students are required to participate in social practice, which is an important social practice form of community corrections. Law students participating in commu- nity corrections helps to save national resources and improve the overall quality of law students, promotes corrections smooth return to society. But the universities takes not enough emphasis for law students to participate in community correction, community corrections agency are lack of knowledge on the role of law students participating in community corrections, and awareness of some law students participating in the importance of community correction needs to be improved. To solve these problems, the universities should strengthen the degree of attention for law students participating community corrections, and community corrections agencies should take the initiative to ab- sorb law students to participate in community corrections, law students should further enhance the ability to participate in community corrections.
