摘 要:气动马达是一种可以将压缩空气的压力能转换为旋转机械能的装置,在石油钻井、钻凿岩孔、采矿等行业应用广泛。润滑系统是气动马达的重要系统之一,其工作性能的好坏对马达的可靠性、动力性、经济性均具有非常直接的影响。目前活塞式气动马达润滑系统主要采用甩油盘飞溅润滑,在工作过程中对于润滑油量控制不精确,影响马达的工作效率和使用寿命。针对现有气动马达存在问题,根据纳维-斯托克斯方程和雷诺方程以及润滑机理进行润滑油量的分析计算,然后对该款气动马达润滑系统的结构组成与润滑油路进行了改进设计。Pneumatic motor is the device that makes the pressure of compressed air into the mechanical movement. Widely used in the industries of oil rigs and mining. Lubrication system is one of significant systems of pneumatic motor. Lubrication capability has a direct effect on motor' s reliability, dynamic property and economic property. Lubrication system of the piston pneumatic motor is mainly used for oil thrower lubrication. The amount of oil control is not accurate in the work process. It influences motor" s working efficiency and Service life. About the pneumatic motor problem, amount of Lubricating oil is calculated according to the Navier Stokes equations and the Reynolds equation and the mechanism of lubrication. Then, the construction formation, lubrication oil-way and main components were analyzed in details.
