摘　　要：传统冲击式气扳机存在着致命缺陷,如冲击器零件寿命短、噪声高、振动大、输出扭矩小、扭矩不可控制等。新型气扳机由气马达和增力器构成,具有重量轻、输出扭矩大、扭矩可精确调控的特点。新型气扳机、扭矩扳机以扭矩倍增器取代了冲击器,消除了机内破坏式的高频冲击,平稳连续地输出扭矩,可延长产品寿命几十倍。文中介绍了三家外国公司的多种新产品的性能参数,指出了国内气扳机产业升级的方向。the traditional impact wrench inherits some fatal defects, such as low service life of parts of the impactor, high noise, low output torque and uncontrollable torque. Consisting of an air motor and a torque multiplier, the new air impact wrench is light and produces powerful output torque which can be fine tuned. Using a torque multiplier rather than an impactor, the new air wrench and torque wrench eliminate a destructive high-frequency impact inside the ma- chines and produce a stable and uninterrupted torque, achieving a service life several dozen times longer than ever be- fore. The paper illustrates the performance parameters of many new products from 3 foreign companies and shows the developmental direction for the industrial upgrade of the domestic air wrench sector.
