中药敷脐加思密达灌肠治疗小儿腹泻疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药敷脐加思密达灌肠治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法:选择88例腹泻患儿,随机分为两组各44例,对照组给予思密达灌肠治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药敷脐治疗,疗程均为3天,治疗结束后评价两组临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.2%,显著高于对照组的75.0%,统计学上有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药敷脐加思密达灌肠治疗小儿腹泻临床疗效优于单纯思密达灌肠治疗。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine umbilical compress with smecta ene- ma on infantile diarrhea. Methods ： 88 cases of children with diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with smecta enema, on this basis, the treatment group was added Chinese medicine umbilical compress therapy. 3 days were one course. The clinical effect and adverse reac- tion of the two groups were evaluated. Results ： The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.2%, higher than 75.0% of the control group, there was a statistically significant difference, （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The clinical effect of Chinese medicine umbilical compress with smecta enema on infantile diarrhea was higher than smecta ene- ma alone.
