调经1号治疗肾虚痰阻型PCOS月经后期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价调经1号治疗PCOS月经后期(肾虚痰阻型)的调经疗效、证候疗效、症状疗效。方法:纳入PCOS月经后期(肾虚痰阻型)患者67例,随机分为治疗组(调经1号方)36例,对照组(达英-35组)31例。比较两组治疗后及随访时的调经疗效、证候疗效及中医症状疗效。结果:①两组患者月经周期疗后比较,对照组优于治疗组(P<0.05);随访时,两组患者月经周期比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者BMI比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后优于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗组月经经量治疗前后组内比较有显著差异(P<0.05);②治疗后及随访期间,两组间及治疗组组内中医证候积分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③治疗后,治疗组妊娠6例,对照组无自然怀孕者,两组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:调经1号可改善患者月经周期、经量、BMI及肾虚痰阻证候,提高患者妊娠率。Objective： To evaluate the effect of regulating menstruation No. 1 on polycystic ovary syndrome with retarded menstruation （kidney deficiency with stagnation of phlegm）. Methods： 67 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and retarded menstruation （ kidney deficiency with stagnation of phlegm） were randomly divided into treatment group （regulating menstruation No. 1 with 36 cases and control group （diane-35） with 31 cases. The menstruation status, BMI, symptomatic scores of TCM and natural conception rate of patients were compared between the two groups after the treatment and during follow-up. Results： After the treatment, the men- strual cycle of patients in control group was better than that in treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; but this situation was reversed during follow-up（P 〈0.05）. The BMI of patients in treatment group after treatment was better than that before treatment（P 〈 0.05 ）, which was also better than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Comparing the symptomatic scores of TCM in treatment group and between the two groups after treatment and during follow-up, the differences all had statistical significanees （P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, 6 cases in treatment group conceived, while no patients in control group have natural pregnancy（ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Regulating menstruation No 1 can improve the menstrual cycle, menstrual volume, BMI and TCM symptom of patients, it also can increase their conception rate.
