摘  要:介绍了国内外典型双渣法少渣炼钢工艺的技术现状及新日铁、浦项、首钢、宝钢和武钢等厂家在转炉排渣制度、枪位操作以及留渣操作等工艺的优化措施。转炉双渣法利用转炉内自由空间大,反应动力学条件优越,生产成本较低,而且操作简单,无需新增设备,引起了国内外、特别是受设备限制的钢厂的广泛关注。The current technical situation of typical double-slag steelmaking process both at home and abroad for converter was described, as well as the optimization measures of slag discharge, lance control, slag-remaining and other aspects that adopted in Nippon Steel, Posco, Shougang, Baosteel, Wusteel and so on. Because of the larger free room, superior conditions of reaction kinetics, lower production costs, together with the simple operation and no need of new equipment, the double-slag process for converter attracted steel plants extensive attention in the domestic and overseas, especially some plants that restricted by the equipment.
