摘  要:为分析部分扁桃种质资源间的亲缘关系,利用SSR分子标记技术对甘肃境内栽培的部分国外引进优良扁桃栽培品种和我国选育的部分改良品种及近缘种共计27份材料进行遗传多样性分析.结果表明:扩增出的58个条带,其中多态性带45条,占扩增总带数的77.6%.通过NTSYS软件计算得到的遗传相似性系数为0.4890.956,平均值为0.757.利用NTSYS软件进行聚类分析,在遗传距离为0.738处可将参试材料分为七大类:第一类以美国扁桃群为主、包括‘纸皮’以及‘晋扁2号’;第二类包括‘多果’和‘山桃’;第三类为新疆扁桃群;第四、五、六、七类包括‘先锋“晋扁1号”01—1“加州1号’,各自单独成类.研究表明新疆扁桃与美国扁桃之间的亲缘关系较远;新疆‘纸皮’和‘晋扁2号’与美国扁桃有较近的亲缘关系;‘多果’和‘山桃’亲缘关系较近.In order to study the genetic relationships of almond germplasm resources, the 27 test materi- als collected from Gansu that part of superior almond cultivars from abroad,part of domestic breeding im- proved almond varieties and some related species were identified via SSR molecular marker technique. The results showed that there were 45 (77. 6%) polymorphie fragments in totally 58 polymerase chain reaction fragments. The genetic similarity varied from 0. 498 to 0. 956 revealed by NTSYS, with an average of O. 757. The clustering results of NTSYS showed that the 27 varieties were clustered into 7 groups when the genetic distance was 0. 738. Most cultivars from America were clustered with 'Zhipi' and 'Jinbian No. 2'. 'Duoguo' was clustered with 'Shantao'. Most cultivars from Xinjiang were clustered into a group. ' Xian- feng' 'Jinbian No. 1'01-1' and 'Jiazhou No. 1' were clustered into each individual group. It is suggested that the genetic relationship between Xinjiang almond and the American almond is far away. 'Zhipi' 'Jinbi- an No. 2' and most cultivars from America have closer genetic relationship, similar to 'Duoguo' and 'Shan tao '.
