摘 要:Cu(Ⅱ)、Cr(Ⅵ)、As(Ⅴ)、季铵盐在一定条件下加入显色剂后生成的物质可对光选择性吸收,通过紫外-可见分光光度法测定络合物的吸光度实现对有效成分含量的测定。采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定木材防腐剂CCA(加铬砷酸铜)和ACQ(氨/胺溶季铵铜)木材防腐剂中铜、铬、砷和季铵盐的含量。结果表明:此法重复性和准确性良好,相对标准偏差均在2%之内,加标回收率为95%~105%,与化学分析法比较,相对偏差在-5%~5%之内,准确度高,简便易行,可用于大批试样的分析。Ultraviolet spectrophotometric method was used to measure the contents of copper, chrome, arsenic and quat in wood preservatives CCA and ACQ. Cu2+, Cr6+, As5+, and quaternary ammonium salt can form complex compounds that absorb light selectively when adding color developing agents. The absorbance of complex compounds was measured by ultraviolet and visible spectrophtometry and the contents of Cu2+, Cr6+, As5+ and quaternary ammonium salt were determined. The results show that the relative standard deviation values all were less than 2%, the standard recovery rate in the detection was 95%~105% and the relative deviation was in the range of -5%~5% compared withthat of chemical analysis method. This method had the advantages of high precision, simplicity and convenience and can be used in analyzing large quantities of tested samples.
