南县森林生态系统服务功能价值评估

摘　　要：采用湖南南县2014年森林资源二类调查数据、社会公共数据实地采样及调查数据,使用机会成本法、影子工程法、市场价值法、影子价格法、旅行费用法、碳税法等,评估了2014年南县森林生态系统服务价值。结果表明:南县森林生态系统服务功能总价值为195996.15万元,按其服务功能价值大小排序为:涵养水源>固碳释氧>有机物生产>保育土壤>生物多样性>森林游憩>积累营养物质>净化大气环境,其中涵养水源、固碳释氧、有机物生产、保育土壤这四种服务价值占总价值的90.39%,是南县森林生态系统的主要服务功能。The forest ecosystem service value in Nan County in 2014 was evaluated with the methods including opportunity cost technique, shadow engineering method, market value method, shadow price method, travel cost method, and the carbon tax method based on the database of the forest resource inventory data, the social public data, field sampling and investigation data. The result indicated that the total value of forest ecosystem service in Nan county was ￥ 1959.96 × 10^6 RMB yuan. The forest ecosystem services were ranked according to their values as the following： water conservation 〉 carbon fixation and oxygen release 〉 organics production 〉 soil conservation 〉 biodiversity protection 〉 eco-tourism 〉 accumulation of nutrient substances 〉 atmospheric environment purification.Among these services, the main forest ecosystem service functions in Nan county were the four services of water conservation, carbon fixation ＆ oxygen release, organics production, and biodiversity protection, which accounted for 90.39 percent of the total value of the whole forest ecosystem service fimction, were the main forest ecosystem service functions in Nan County.
