比色法测定木通属植物总皂苷含量的研究

摘　　要：以江西、湖南、湖北、四川,安徽五省的40份木通植物为试材,采用比色法建立木通属植物总皂苷含量的测定方法,并测定其木通藤茎中总皂苷的含量。结果表明:(1)采用甲醇超声波提取,再用大孔吸附树脂吸附,最后用水饱和的正丁醇萃取来制备样品,可以完整提取木通总皂苷;以齐墩果酸为标准物进行木通皂苷的定量测定方法适合于大量木通试样的分析。(2)分析结果表明白木通总皂苷含量最大,江西地区适合进行选育高含量木通皂苷的木通品种。Use colorimetric method to determine the content of total saponins in Akebia plants, and the determination of the jiangxi, hunan, hubei, sichuan, anhui 40 copies of akebia stem in the five provinces of total saponins content in the stem had been researched. The results are showed that： （1） Using methanol ultrasonic extraction, again with macroporous adsorption resin adsorption, the water saturation of n-butyl alcohol extraction to the preparation of samples, could complete extraction total saponins. With oleanolic acid as the standard content of akebia stem saponins quantitative determination method was suitable for a large number of akebia stem analysis of samples. （2） The analysis results showed that the maximum total saponin content was akebia trifoliata varaustralis, jiangxi area was suitable for breeding high content of akebia stem saponins of akehia stern varieties.
