摘 要:为动态识别应急任务规划过程中资源缺项,结合层次任务网络(HTN)规划和软目标约束,建立应急资源缺项识别方法。将应急资源缺项问题建模为软目标约束问题。通过设计有条件达成目标,实现资源缺项信息建模。设计资源缺项识别方法和带资源缺项标记的Anytime启发式搜索方法,求解软目标约束问题,得到使应急资源缺项目标函数最小化的应急行动方案。将该方法应用于应急物资运输中的资源缺项识别。通过10组算例,进行目标函数和CPU时间的数据对比。结果表明,通过有条件达成目标能准确地识别资源缺项,用基于Anytime的应急资源缺项处理方法能提高缺项识别效率。In order to dynamically identify resource shortage items in emergency task planning process, an emergency resource shortage handling approach was worked out combined with HTN and soft goal constraints. Emergency resource shortage issues were modeled as soft goal constraint issues. Resource shortage data were modeled by defining conditional achieved goals. A resource shortage identification method and an Anytime-based method for treating shortage items in emergency resources designed. Soft goal constraint issues were solved to achieve emergency task planning that minimizes the emergency resource shortage objective function. The approach was applied to resource shortage identification in emergency supplies transportation. A data comparison was made between object function and CPU time on the basis of 10 exampies. The results demonstrate that using the conditional achieved goal can identify resource shortage items accurately, and that Anytime-based method can increase shortage item identification efficiency.
