摘  要:目的探讨双源CT低管电压(k V)大螺距(Flash)模式联合迭代重组(SAFIRE)在主动脉CTA扫描中降低辐射剂量的临床价值。方法 63例临床需行主动脉CTA检查患者随机分为常规扫描组(A组,n=21)、大螺距(Flash)模式组(B组,n=21)和低k V大螺距(Flash)模式联合SAFIRE组(C组,n=21),由2名放射科医师对3组的图像质量和辐射剂量进行对比分析。结果 3组图像的主观评分和客观评价指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),B组和C组主动脉根部伪影发生率为23.81%和28.57%,明显低于A组的76.19%(P<0.05)。C组的辐射剂量明显低于A组和B组(P<0.05)。结论双源CT低k V大螺距(Flash)模式联合SAFIRE的主动脉CTA图像能满足诊断要求,并明显降低辐射剂量。Objective To study the clinical evaluation of both low-k V high-pitch( Flash) and SAFIRE on Dual Source CT aorta angiography( CTAA) radiation dose reduction. Methods 63 suspected patients of aortic lesions who underwent entire CTAA were randomly divided into routine group( group A,n = 21),high-pitch( Flash) group( group B,n = 21) and low-k V high-pitch( Flash) combine with SAFIRE group( group C,n = 21). Retrospectively,the quality of the image and the radiation dose of three groups were compared by two reviewers. Results The subjective image quality score and objective evaluation index( SNR and CNR) of three groups has no statistically significant difference( P 〉 0. 05). Aortic root artifacts incidence of group B and group C were 23. 81% and 28. 57%,these were lower than 76. 19% of group A( P 〈 0. 05). The radiation dose of group C( CTDIvol,DLP,and ED) was lower than that of group A and group B( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The image quality of both low-k V high-pitch( Flash) and SAFIRE on Dual-Source CTAA can meet diagnostic requirement,and obviously reduce radiation dose.
