摘 要:对煤粉与高炉煤气混烧锅炉的热效率计算模型进行分析,在此基础上提出了一种适用于混烧锅炉的热效率在线计算方法。针对配置中储式制粉系统锅炉入炉煤量无法准确计量的问题,根据锅炉热平衡计算间接求解出实时入炉燃煤量,进而实现混烧锅炉热效率的在线计算。以某钢铁厂220t/h混烧锅炉为研究对象进行实例验证,结果表明该在线计算方法是合理可行的,能较为准确地计算出煤粉与高炉煤气混烧锅炉的热效率。该方法可用于在线分析混烧锅炉的各项热损失,为锅炉的优化运行提供依据。By analysing the calculation model , an on-line calculating method for the thermal effi-ciency of boiler mixedly burning pulverized coal and BFG were proposed .For the problem that the coal quantity into furnace of the boiler with coal pulverizing system can not be measured accurately , the real-time coal quantity was indirectly calculated according to boiler thermal balance , and then on -line thermal efficiency of mixedly -burned boiler was obtained .Taking 220t/h boiler mixedly burning pul-verized coal and BFG in an iron and steel company for the research object , the proposed on-line cal-culating method was studied with an example , and the results demonstrate that it has good rationality and feasibility in calculating the thermal efficiency of mixedly -burned boiler.The method can be used for analysing each heat loss of gas boiler , which provides basis for the bolier optimized operation .
