对提高高职院校职业生涯规划教育有效性的思考

摘  要:在"95后"学生充斥着大学校园的背景下,新的意识形态给高职教育带来了更多的挑战,如何针对这些学生特点开展有效的职业素养和职业发展教育,是值得我们不断思考的问题。本文从指导学生就业和发展的角度,将职业生涯规划教育融合到高职三年的教育体系中,并且通过完善职业生涯规划教育师资队伍,建立专业指导机构,加强课程体系建设探讨提高高职院校学生职业生涯规划教育有效性的途径。Under the background that"post-95s"students are the major part on college campus, new ideologies have brought more challenges to higher vocational education. How to implement ef-fective occupational quality and occupational development edu-cation in accordance with the characteristics of these students is an issue worthy of continuous pondering. From the perspective of guiding students' employment and development, this paper inte-grates career planning education into the three-year education system of higher vocational education, and explores ways to im-prove the effectiveness of career planning education for higher vocational college students, such as improving the teaching staff for career planning education, setting up professional guidance institutes, and enhancing curriculum system construction.
