摘　　要：充足的经费投入是推动高等教育事业发展、提升高等教育质量、办好人民满意的高等教育的重要前提。本文在分析国外高等教育的经费来源渠道,探讨国外政府的拨款方式基础上,提出了拓宽我国高等教育经费来源渠道和优化政府拨款机制的路径。Adequate funding is the important prerequisite for promoting higher education development, improving the quality of higher education and satisfying higher education. Based on the analysis of foreign higher education funding sources and dis-cussing the way of foreign government appropriation, the paper proposed the path to broaden China＇s higher education funding sources and optimize the government funding mechanism.
