摘　　要：对于新晋本科院校而言,科研建设有助于提升人才培养质量、学科建设发展、师资队伍建设、社会声誉以及学校整体实力的提升。但新晋本科院校在科研建设方面也存在着很多问题,主要有:教师缺乏科研意识、学校科研管理相对滞后、科研与教学关系矛盾等。因而,新晋本科院校需从自身科研建设实际情况出发,积极探索科研建设的有效途径,全面提升科研水平。For new undergraduate colleges and universities, scientific research construction is conducive to improving the quality of talent cultivation, discipline construction and development, teaching staff construction, social reputation and overall strength improvement. But there are also many problems in the scientific research construction of new undergraduate colleges and universities, such as teachers＇ lack of scientific research consciousness, relatively backward scientific research management, controversial relationship between scientific research and teaching, Thus, new undergraduate colleges and universities should start from the actual situation of their own scientific research construction, and actively explore effective ways for scientific research construction, so as to comprehensively improve the level of scientific research.
