摘　　要：本文在分析其教学档案管理特点的基础上,指出了在当前的任职教育院校中教学档案管理主要存在四方面的不足。针对任职教育院校中教学档案管理工作中存在的不足,本文提出了具体建议,以期能够改进和提高任职院校教学档案管理工作的质量。Based on analyzing the characteristics of teaching archives management in colleges of vocational education, this paper points out the main shortcomings of the current teaching archives management in colleges of vocational education from four aspects. In view of the shortcomings, this paper proposes specific suggestions, hoping to improve the quality of teaching archives management in colleges of vocational education.
