摘 要:优选丹参中脂溶性成分的提取工艺,采用正交试验方法,以脂溶性成分丹参酮IIA的提取率为指标,采用超临界萃取法对丹参提取工艺进行优化。结果表明:脂溶性成分丹参酮IIA提取的最佳超临界萃取工艺条件为:压力为35 MPa,温度50℃,提取时间为2 h。结论:经中试放大验证试验,该工艺经济简单实用,可以应用于丹参的提取。Optimization of fat soluble constituents in Salvia miltiorrhiza extraction process was studied. By the orthogonal experiment, the extraction rate with fat soluble constituents of tanshinone IIA as the indexes, the supercritical fluid extraction of Salvia miltiorrhiza extraction process was optimized. The results showed that fat soluble optimal supercritical extraction of components of tanshinone IIA extraction was as follows:the pressure of 35 MPa and temperature of 50 ℃, extracting for 2 h. Through magnifying the validation test, the process was proved cost-effective, simple and practical, and can be applied to the extraction of Salvia miltiorrhiza.
