摘　　要：大学生教育是教育的高层次境界,可以为国家培养一代高素质的创新人才,但我国的大学生教育存在一些问题,如课程体系失调、教学方式陈旧、创新实践能力欠缺等阻碍了学生的发展。本文以上海应用技术学院涂料课程为例对大学生教育存在的问题进行了分析,并提出课程体系的调整、教学方式及考核方式的改革、提高大学生创新实践能力等相关改革措施以提高教育质量。The education of college students is a high-level state of education, it can cultivate a generation of highly qualified innovative talents for our country. But, the education of college students in China exists some problems which severely hindered the development of students, such as curriculum system disorders, outdated teaching methods, lack of innovation and practical ability. Taking the coatings course of Shanghai Institute of Technology as an example, the main existing problems about the education of college students were analyzed and the related reform measures to enhance the quality of education were put forward, involving adjust course system, teaching methods and assessment methods of reform to improve the creative and practical ability of university students.
