摘　　要：随着社会信用体系建设步伐加快,人民银行征信系统功能逐步完善,全社会信用意识有了明显提高,对人民银行信用报告的关注度越来越高。特别是个人信用报告查询用途已从传统的办理贷款、申请信用卡等金融业务领域向客户资信审查、个人求职应聘、政府部门履职、宗教事务应用、民间经济活动等新增领域逐步扩展,个人信用报告这一"经济身份证"在非传统领域的运用成效越来越显著。西北地区是我国穆斯林的重要聚居区,近年来,人民银行分支机构因地制宜通过加强穆斯林聚集区征信宣传教育,积极拓展信用报告应用领域。近期,人民银行临夏州中心支行对西安分行辖区21个穆斯林聚集地区信用报告使用情况进行了调查。调查显示,信用报告在穆斯林群众的朝觐、商贸往来、宗教事务管理、婚姻缔结等社会生活中广泛应用,为穆斯林地区金融生态环境乃至社会信用体系建设发挥了十分重要的作用。With the acceleration of the social credit system construction, the functions ofPBC＇ s credit reporting system has grad- ually improved, the credit awareness of the society has obviously increased, and more and more attention have been paid on PBC＇ s credit report. Especially the individual credit report has been expanded from the traditional financial business areas such as applying for loans, credit cards to more and more areas such as the customer credit review, personal hunting for a job, government performance, re- ligious affairs and private economic activities and so on. The effect of the personal credit report, the economic ID card, has been more and more significant in the non-traditional fields. The northwestern region is the important area for Muslim residents in China, and in recent years, the branches of PBC have actively expanded the applications fields of the credit reports by strengthening the publicity and education of the credit reporting in Muslim community. Recently, Linxia municipal sub-branch has made an investigation on the usage of the credit report in 21 Muslim majority region in the jurisdiction of Xi＇ an branch of PBC. The survey shows that the credit report is widely used in the social life such as Muslim pilgrimage, commerce, management of religious affairs, marriage and so on, and plays a very important role in the construction of the financial ecological environment and social credit system of Muslim regions.
