摘　　要：金融作为现代经济的核心,可以通过资金供给实现资源在各产业间的流通、配置和聚集,从而成为产业结构调整的重要实现机制。本文基于区域经济发展和产业结构的差异性特征,以青海省海东市为样本,分析西部欠发达地区产业发展中的结构性问题,深入剖析金融视角下产业结构调整的制约因素,并探讨金融助推产业结构调整的有效对策与建议。As the core of the modem economy, finance can achieve the resources circulation, allocation and aggregation among industries through the money supply, and therefore become the important realization mechanism of the industrial structure adjustment. Based on the difference characteristics of the regional economic development and industrial structure, setting Haidong city of Qinghai province as the sample, the paper analyzes the structural problems in the industrial development of the western less developed regions, deeply explores the constraint factors of the industrial structure adjustment under the financial perspective, and discusses the effective countermeasures and su^zgestions of finance＇ s boosting the industrial structure adjustment.
