摘　　要：从目前贫困村互助协会运行情况看,存在发展缓慢、铺底资金小、期限短、管理人员能力不足等问题,本文有针对性地提出了政府主导做大贫困村互助资金规模、继续改善贫困村互助资金管理制度等建议。There exist such problems in the operation of the mutual fund association of poor villages as slow development, insuffi- cient base funds, short term and incapable management staff and so on. Therefore, the paper provides the suggestions on extending the fund scale by the lead of the government and improving the mutual fund management system of poor villages.
