摘　　要：本文以A公司吉尔吉斯斯坦投资案例为研究对象,对"走出去"的涉农企业在融资、风险防范等方面存在的问题进行了深入分析,并从金融与外汇政策的角度提出了助推涉农企业"走出去"的政策建议。Setting the investment of A in Kyrgyzstan as the study object, the paper makes a deep analysis on issues like financing and risk prevention of ＂going out＂ agricultural enterprises,and puts forward recommendations and policies to boost agricultural enterprises＇ ＂going out＂ from the angle of financial and foreign exchange policies.
