呼气末正压对患者CVP影响规律的研究

摘　　要：目的：研究呼气末正压对患者CVP的影响规律，为临床治疗和护理提供依据。方法：对2014年4月～2014年10月我院ICU收治36例均采用了呼气末正压通气的患者脱机前、后测得的CVP，及不同水平PEEP时测得的CVP相比较。结果：36例患者脱机前、后及不同水平PEEP时，CVP有显著变化（P＜0．05），CVP随着呼气末正压的升高而升高，且呼气末正压每增加1cmhg，CVP约升高1cmhg。结论：呼气末正压对CVP影响呈正相关。Objective：To investigate the effect regular between PEEP and CVP in patients,so as to provide reference for treating and nursing.Methods：The CVP of 36 patients who breathed by ventilator with PEEP were investigated, when the patients breathed by venti-lator or not, and when the PEEP were changed, from April,2014to October,2014.Results：When the 36 patients breathed by ventilator or not, and The PEEP were changed ,the CVP have changed remarkable（P〈0.05）,the CVP raised ,when the PEEP raised ;And the PEEP raised 1cmhg,the CVP raised about 1cmhg.Conclusion：When the PEEP raised ,the CVP raised.
