摘　　要：目的：探讨爱婴医院创建活动中心理干预对母乳喂养的影响。方法：选取2013年1月～2013年8月收治的320名产妇作为观察对象，并随机分为观察组160例，对照组160例，观察组除给予产科常规护理以外，添加爱婴医院进行母乳喂养的心理护理内容，并对照2组产妇的产后泌乳的时间、泌乳总量、总体哺乳情况等。结果：观察组产妇泌乳的时间、泌乳总量、总体哺乳情况明显好于对照组，住院期间纯母乳喂养率明显多于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：爱婴医院创建活动中心理护理对母乳喂养有积极的影响。Objective：To study the baby-friendly hospital to create activities in the influence of psychological intervention on breast-feeding.Methods：From January 2013 to August 2013, 320 women as research object, and 160 cases were randomly divided into obser-vation group and control group 160 cases, observation group on the basis of conventional nursing care to add the baby-friendly hospital psychological nursing contents of breast-feeding, and comparison of two groups of maternal postpartum lactation time, amount of lacta-tion, breast-feeding, situation, etc.Results：The observation group maternal lactation time in advance, amount of lactation significantly more than the control group, hospital stay exclusive breastfeeding rate obviously than the control group differences were statistically signifi-cant （P 〉0.05）.Conclusion：Baby-friendly hospitals to create activities in the psychological nursing has a positive effect on breast-feeding.
