摘  要:双歧杆菌是一种经典的益生菌,其对人体健康的促进作用已得到了广泛的研究证明,在功能食品及药品中具有巨大的应用价值。目前成功应用的双歧杆菌多局限于耐氧能力较强的动物双歧杆菌。由于双歧杆菌对氧敏感的特点,大量性能优良菌株的应用受到了限制,而耐氧驯化是解决这一问题的有效手段。通过逐步提高氧分压的方式对一株来自长寿老人肠道的双歧杆菌BBMN68进行耐氧驯化,成功分离到1株耐氧能力提高的菌株;通过16S r DNA测序确定驯化菌株具有稳定的遗传性;通过原始菌株及驯化菌株对酸及胆盐的耐受能力测定,确定驯化菌株具有稳定的耐受性能。Bifidobacterium is a kind of classic probiotics, which has great application value in functional food and medicine industry,and has been widely proved in promoting effect to human body health. At present,a lot of successful application of bifidobacteria is limited to bifidobacterium animals because of the capability of resistance to oxygen.Be sensitive to oxygen, the application of a large number of excellent bifidobacteria strains is restricted. However, oxytolerant domestication is an effective means to solve this problem. A resistant strain to oxygen was successfully separated through the way of gradually increasing oxygen partial pressure of the environment based on bifidobacteria longum BBMN68, which was from intestinal of the oldest old. 16 s r DNA sequencing determined that the domesticated strain has genetic stability,and the resistance to acid and bile salt capacity determination showed that the domesticated strain has the stable tolerance.
