转型期农村老年人的贫困生成机制——基于社会互构视角的研究

摘　　要：农村老年人贫困问题是一种集实践与理论于一体的复杂社会现象。然而,不管是实际扶贫政策还是理论研究都受到"个体与结构二元研究范式"的影响。农村老年人的贫困问题是转型期社会结构与农村老年人个体行动相互建塑与型构出来的失范问题。社会结构的变迁增大了农村老年人贫困的风险,老年人个体的特质强化了这种风险,二者共同构建了贫困。老年人个体与社会结构间的良性沟通、共同参与是解决这一问题的有效路径。The poverty of the rural elderly is a kind of complex social phenomenon which integrates practice and theory. However, both the actual policy of poverty alleviation and theoretical research have been ＂the dual research paradigm of individuals and structure＂. The poverty of the rural elderly is a kind of anomie problem that the social structure and the rural elderly interact with each other and build the mold type and structure in the transition period. The change of social structure increases the poverty risk of the rural elderly, which is strengthened by the elderly individuals＂ specific characteris- tics, and both jointly resulted in poverty. Benign communication between the elderly and the social structure and the participation of the elderly is an effective path to solve this problem.
