摘　　要：目的:探讨内镜下高频电切除术治疗结直肠大息肉中的护理配合。方法:对我院2010年1月至2014年8月83例结直肠大息肉(息肉直径>2 cm)患者行内镜下高频电切除术的临床资料、手术过程及护理配合进行回顾性分析。结果:83例患者共切除息肉92枚。其中7例发生出血,无穿孔病例。病理结果 77%为腺瘤型息肉,8%出现重度不典型增生。结论:内镜下高频电切除术治疗结直肠大息肉是可行、安全的。而且可以将回收的大息肉明确其病理类型的分化情况,有利于决定治疗方案。对进行手术的患者给予充分的术前准备及术中医护密切配合和术后精心护理是治疗成功的重要保证。Objective： To explore the nursing cooperation in the treatment of large colorectal polyps by endoscopic high-frequency electric resection. Methods： Clincial data, operation procedure and nursing cooperation of 83 patients with large colorectal polyps （diameter 〉2 cm） were retrospectively analyzed who were treated with endoscopic high-frequency electric resection in our hospital from Jan 2010 to Aug 2014. Results： A total of 92 polyps were resected in 83 patients. There were 7 patients with hemorrhage and there was no perforation. The pathological results were 77% patients with adenoma type polyps and 8% patients with severe dysplasia. Conclusions ： Endoscopic high-frequency electric resection of large colorectal polyps is feasible and safe. It is helpful for the decision of treatment of large colorectal polyps when pathological types are done. Adequate preoperative preparation, intraoperative nursing co- operation and postoperative care nursing are important for the treatment of large colorectal polyps.
