摘　　要：工程监理越来越多的参与到铁路信号工程管理中,已经成为信号工程施工不可或缺的组成部分。信号工程系统监理有其与之相适应的组织结构、监理方案、监理实施程序和制度,是一个完整的系统。信号工程监理对每一施工过程实施动态管理与控制,随时掌握情况的变化,可确保项目目标实现。重点介绍工程监理的内容、组织形式、控制要点等,以便监理工程师为项目实施提供专业化的高智能、高质量服务。Project supervision has been included in the management of more and more railway sig nal engineering and become an indispensible part of signal engineering construction. The project supervision of signal engineering has its own special organization structure, plan, implementation procedure and system and is an integral system. The project supervision of signal engineering im poses dynamic management and control on each construction process, which can help master changes at any time so as to ensure project goals to be attained. Therefore, the content, organiza tion form and control points of project supervision and management are expounded in hope of help the supervision engineer provide smarter and specialized services of higher quality in the imple mentation of project.
