摘　　要：针对广州地铁通信专业中兴调度交换系统话机终端无法通话及无振铃情况,分析引起故障原因,深入了解中兴调度系统用户板的工作原理与电路结构,给出故障分析与排查的方法。As far as the fault that phone set terminal can＇t communicated with other telephones and had no rings in ZTE dispatching exchange system of Guangzhou Metro is concerned, the causes of the fault is analyzed. Based on an in-depth understating of the working principle and circuit structure of ZTE dispatching exchange system＇s SLC board, we give a method of fault analysis and troubleshooting.
