摘　　要：采用ED型分散阳离子染料对阳离子改性涤纶针织物进行染色,以染色织物的K/S值、耐洗色牢度以及顶破强力为指标,得到优化的染色工艺为:染色温度120℃、时间30 min、p H值4.0、浴比1∶8,可不加元明粉。染色织物具有较好的K/S值和耐水洗色牢度。ED type dispersive cationic dyeing of modified polyester knitted fabric is carried out, and the K/S value, color fastness to washing and bursting strength of the dyeings are studied. The optimal dyeing process is： dyeing at 120 ℃ for 30 min, pH value 4,0, bath ratio 1 ： 8, without adding sodium sulfate. The polyester dyeings feature higher K/S value and better color fastness to washing.
