摘　　要：糖尿病和抑郁症均为临床常见病,二者常常合并出现,糖尿病并发抑郁症已成为研究热点。国内外学者针对糖尿病与抑郁症共病的危险因素、生物学特征和症状展开了大量研究。本文综述二者的流行病学和相关性机制研究以及中西医治疗进展,以利于对糖尿病合并抑郁症患者的早期诊断、早期治疗。Diabetes and depression are common clinical diseases, and they are often in combination. It has become a hot research topic. Scholars at home and abroad have launched a number of studies about the risk factors, the biological characteristics and symptoms. The arti- cle reviews the epidemiology of both, and the correlation mechanism research and progress of Chinese and western medicine treatment, for the early diagnosis and treatment of diabetic patients with depression.
