摘 要:地铁设计规范对采用整体道床的区间简支梁结构墩顶纵向水平位移值做了规定,该限值是参考《京沪高速铁路线桥隧站设计暂行规定》中有关条目确定的,经过近几年铁路部门研究,取值偏于保守。而且规范没有对连续梁结构的墩顶纵向水平位移值作规定,实际设计中对轨道桥梁的适用性较差。如果按此限值设计,轨道桥梁墩柱体量较普通市政桥梁下部墩柱体量增加很多,严重影响桥梁景观,工程造价提高15%左右。因此,根据城市轨道交通的特点制定合理墩台纵向刚度限值标准以提高轨道交通建设设计质量,减少不必要的工程投资是一项十分重要的工作。本文介绍了城市轨道高架桥墩纵向刚度设计限值依据和存在的问题。从高速铁路与城市轨道交通两者之间列车设计荷载的差别,分析了城市轨道交通高架线路桥墩纵向刚度放松设计限值的可行性。并根据最近的设计工作和科研单位的研究成果,推荐了梁轨相互作用下的计算有限元力学模型。Code for design of metro stipulated the pier longitudinal horizontal displacement value of simply supported beam which is adopt monolithic road bed.this value is reference from Temporary Design Provisions of Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway.Based on the research by railway department in recent years,it was found that the value is so conservative,and there is no related stipulation for continuous beam,so it has poor applicability in the actual design of urban railway viaduct.If according to this value in design,the size of the pier would increase a lot,the landscape would be serious influenced,and the project cost would increase about 15%.So it is important to choose a reasonable value of pier longitudinal rigidity limit to improve the design quality of urban railway viaduct,as well as decrease the unnecessary engineering investment.This paper introducd the basis and problems of urban rail viaduct pier longitudinal stiffness design gist.And then the feasibility of relax design limits of urban rail transit viaduct pierlongitudinal stiffness was analyzed,based on the difference of train design load between the high speed railway and urban railway system.At last,according to the latest design work and research achievements of scientific research units,computational finite element mechanics model in the case of interaction between beam and rail was recommended.
