摘　　要：设计某炼油厂重油催化装置新型CO余热锅炉,采用先进的工艺技术,选择合理的设计结构,控制排烟温度,避免露点腐蚀,使余热锅炉的烟气污染物排放量满足国家及地方环保要求。The new type CO residual heat boiler used in FCC unit was designed by adopting advanced process technology and selecting reasonable design structure, and discharge of the smoke pollution in the residual heat boiler could meet requirements of the national and local environmental demands by controlling discharge smoke temperature and avoiding dew point corrosion.
