摘　　要：针对沉降器结焦现象分析结焦原因,制定合理的防结焦措施和操作条件。通过改善原料性质,脱除原料中的胶质和沥青质、开工时先喷汽油、适当提高反应深度、二段提升管增加顶旋以及平稳操作等措施,沉降器结焦趋势明显缓解,为两段提升管催化裂化装置长周期运行提供了保障。Reasonable anti - coking measures and operation conditions were made aiming at coking cause analysis for the settler. Coking tendency of the settler was obviously relieved by a- dopting the following measures such as improvement on crude material property, remove of rub- ber and asphahine existing in the crude material, spraying gasoline firstly in the start up, rai- sing reaction depth suitably, increasing top rotary on the two stage lift pipe and stable operation etc. , which ensured long term running of the two stage lift pipe catalytic cracking unit.
