摘 要:目的:调查3-10年传染科护士的职业倦怠感、留职意愿及两者相关性。方法采用职业倦怠量表和留职意愿问卷对105名工作年限为3-10年的传染科护士进行问卷调查,并进行Pearson相关性分析。结果3-10年传染科护士的职业倦怠与留职意愿呈负相关(r=-0.195,P〈0.05),留职意愿与常模相比低于综合科护士,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论护理管理者要有良好的管理策略,降低传染科临床一线护士的职业倦怠感,提高留职意愿,促进护理队伍建设的稳定发展。Objective To explore the correlation of job burnout and turnover intention among nurses working in Department of Infectious Disease with 3 -10 years work experience. Methods We utilized job burnout scale and turnover questionnaire to investigate 105 nurses with 3 -10 years working in Department of Infectious Disease, and the data of investigation was used by Pearson correlation analysis. Results The nurses with 3-10 work experience presented the negative correlation between job burnout and turnover intention ( r=-0. 195,P〈0. 05), and turnover intention was lower compared with the norm of nurses in General Department (P〈0. 01). Conclusions The nursing administrator should have an excellent management strategy to decline the job burnout of clinical nurses work in Infectious Disease, enhance the intention of continuing working, and promote the stable development of nurse team construction.
