预见性护理在经尿道前列腺电切术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的：探讨预见性护理小组的建立对经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）疗效及术后并发症的影响。方法将122例选择实施TURP治疗的前列腺增生患者按照入院时间将其分为对照组和观察组,各61例,观察组建立预见性护理小组进行护理干预,对照组采用常规的口头宣教形式进行护理干预,对两组患者疗效,术后并发症、术后膀胱冲洗时间、尿管留置时间、住院时间,进行观察和比较。结果护理干预后,观察组术后并发症的发生率为18.03%,低于对照组的39.34%,手术时间、术后膀胱冲洗时间、尿管留置时间、住院时间均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（χ2/t=4.972,4.006,3.409,3.263,3．592；P〈0.05）；术后观察组满意度高于对照组IPSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论建立预见性护理小组对TURP患者进行干预,提高了治疗疗效,降低了术后并发症的发生,值得临床广泛推广和应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of the predictability care on the complications and efficacy of patients with transurethral resection of the prostate （TURP）. Methods A total of 122 patients with TURP were chosen and divided into control group （n=61） and observation group （n=61） according to the admission time. Nurses established predictability care team for patients in the observation group and they gave routine intervention （ oral education ） to the patients control group. The efficacy and incidence of postoperative complications, the time of postoperative bladder irrigation, the catheter indwelling time and hospital time were observed and compared between two groups. Results After the intervention, the incidence rate of postoperative complication was 18. 03% in the observation group, and was lower than 39. 34% in the control group;the time of operation, postoperative bladder irrigation time, the catheter indwelling time and hospital time were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （χ2/t=4. 972,4. 006,3. 409,3. 263, 3. 592;P 〈0. 05）; the scores of nursing satisfaction were higher in the observation group than those in the control group, but the scores of IPSS were lower in the observation group than that in the control group （ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions To establish predictability care team for TURP patients can significantly reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complications, and increase the clinical efficacy of treatment. It is worthy of wide promotion and application.
