摘 要:以棉花制备的炭纤维为载体,钛酸丁酯为钛源,采用水热法制备炭纤维负载二氧化钛复合材料(CF/Ti O2),利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对CF/Ti O2复合材料进行结构表征。用紫外-可见光吸收光谱(UV-vis)分析比较了Ti O2、炭纤维和CF/Ti O2,热处理温度以及溶液的p H值在紫外光照下对甲基蓝溶液的光催化降解性的影响,以及对CF/Ti O2复合材料的失活性能研究。结果表明:炭纤维负载Ti O2对甲基蓝光催化降解性较好,有效利用了炭纤维的吸附性与Ti O2的催化活性;当热处理温度为220℃,p H=5时,甲基蓝溶液的吸附-光催化性能最大为85.9%;复合光催化剂使用后在紫外线照射后,其活性恢复,可以循环利用。Using carbon fibers prepared from cotton as the carrier and tetrabutyl titanate as the titanium source, the composite materials of TiO2 supported on natural carbon nanofibers (abbr. as CF/TiO2 ) were synthesized by hydrothermal technique. The CF/TiO2 was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The effects of TiO2, carbon nanofibers, CF/TiO2, the heat temperature and the pH of solution on the photocatalytic degradation of methyl blue solution under UV light and the inactivation of CFJTiO2 were investigated by Ultraviolet-visible absorption spectra (UV- vis). The results indicate that TiO2 supported on carbon nanofibers has better photocatalytic degradation of methyl blue solution, and make effective use of the adsorption of carbon nanofiber~ and the photoeatalytic performance of TiO2. When the heat temperature was 220 ℃ and the pH was 5, the adsorption and photocatalytic degradation of methyl blue solution reached 85.9%, the active of used composite material was recovered under ultraviolet light irradiation , and the composite material could be recycled.
