摘 要:本文研究不同石英砂的粒度组成、结合剂的种类对材料的线变化率、显气孔率及体积密度的影响,确定材料的合适的颗粒级配及最佳的结合剂。研究结果表明:试样经过1550℃烧后,石英向方石英转化的转化率高,试样的耐压强度较高,线变化率较小、气孔率较低。硅质捣打料的颗粒级配为:3-1 mm∶≤1 mm∶≤0.053 mm=55∶20∶25,相关试样高温烧后的显气孔率较低。以硼酸∶氧化硼∶偏硅酸钠=0.5∶1∶0.5作为结合剂,常温下捣打成型,高温烧后试样的物理性能较好。The effect of different size composition of quartz sand, the type of binder to the linear change, apparent porosity and bulk density of the material to determine the appropriate particle size distribution and the best binders had been researched. The result showed that the sample has a high conversion rate of phase transformed from quartz to cristobalite, a higher compressive strength, smaller linear rate, higher bulk density and lower apparent porosity after firing at 1550 ℃. When the quartz sand particle size distribution was 3-1 mm: ≤1 mm : 〈0. 053 mm =55: 20:25 the samples firing at higher temperature had a lower apparent porosity. The sintered sample ramming formed at room temperature with boric acid: boron oxide: sodium metasilicate = 0.5:1:0.5 showed a good physical properties.
