摘 要:首先采用机械法制备了酚醛树脂乳液,考察了乳化剂对乳液稳定性、剪切强度的影响。采用环氧树脂与聚醚二元醇合成非离子乳化剂,采用相反转法制备环氧树脂乳液。采用共混法制备环氧改性酚醛乳液,通过加入偶联剂、填料等改性剂制备一种水性改性酚醛树脂胶黏剂。该胶黏剂常温剪切强度9.83MPa,250℃的剪切强度11.36MPa。The phenolic resin emulsion was prepared by mechanical method. The effect of emulsifier on the emulsion stability, shear strength of the phenolic resin emulsion was studied. The nonionic emulsifier was synthesized with the epoxy resin and polyethylene glycol. And the epoxy resin emulsion was prepared by phase inversion method. The epoxy modified phenolic emulsion was prepared by blending phenolic emulsion with epoxy emulsion. A waterborne modified phenolic resin adhesive was prepared by compounding epoxy modified phenolic emulsion with coupling agent and filler, etc. The shear strength of this adhesive at room temperature was 9.83MPa, and the shear strength was 11.36MPa at 250℃.
