摘  要:为测定苯硫脲尝味基因的表现型以及基因型,采用阈值法测定120名大学生对苯硫脲的尝味敏感性,采用PCR-RFLP技术在分子水平上测定PTC尝味的基因型予以验证.结果显示,120名调查对象的基因型与表现型基本一致.经验证,该群体处于遗传平衡,味盲基因频率为0.3415,味盲率为11.67%,男女生味盲率分别为15%和10%,二者比较差别无统计学意义.由于实验对象来自不同的地区,又属于不同的民族,通过计算得出PTC味盲与民族和地理位置有关.To determine the phenotype and genotype of Phenyhhiocarbamide tasting gene, the taste sensitivity of Phenylthiocarbamide of 120 college students are determined by using threshold method, then their genotypes of PTC taste at the molecular level is verified using the PCR - RFLP technology. The results show that the genotypes and phenotypes of 120 participants are basically consistent. After verification, the population is in genetic equilibrium, of which the taste blindness gene frequency is 0. 3415, the taste blindness rate is 11.67% and the taste blindness rate of male and female students is 15% and 10% , respectively, which is no significant differences between the two. Because the experimental objects come from different regions and also belong to the different nationalities, calculation show that the PTC taste blindness is associated with ethnic and geographic location.
