略论十八大以来中国特色社会主义法治理论的创新

摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为总书记的党中央,高度重视我国社会主义法治建设问题,紧密围绕依法治国这一时代主题,开展了系列相关工作,并着重提出了有关中国特色社会主义法治建设的一系列新观点、新论断、新思想与新要求,极大地丰富与发展了马克思主义法治思想,推动了中国特色社会主义法治理论创新。通过一定的梳理与分析,不难发现,十八大以来,中国特色社会主义法治理论的创新主要集中体现在以下几个方面:一是构建了"中国特色社会主义法治体系"新理论;二是提出了全面推进依法治国方略需要处理好几个基本关系的理论;三是提出运用法律来规范权力,把权力关进制度的笼子里。Since the eighteenth of the National people＇s congress,with xi jinping comrade as general secretary of the CPC cen-tral committee,they pay great attention to the problem of the socialist rule of law,closely around the rule of law in this era theme,carried out a series of related work,and emphatically put forward about the construction of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,a series of new ideas,new assertion,new thoughts and new requirements,greatly enriched and devel-oped marxist thought of rule of law,promote the rule of law theory innovation of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Through combing and analysis,we found that from the eighteenth of the National people＇s congress,the rule of law of socialism with Chi-nese characteristics theory innovation mainly embodied in the following aspects：one is building a new theory of ＂the system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics＂.Two is putting forward the strategies of promoting the rule of law to deal with several basic relations theory;Three is proposing to use the law to standard authority,put the power into the system of the cage.
