专升本院校科研管理机制的创新分析

摘　　要：由于专升本院校没有有效进行科研管理的机制,所以他们在对科研进行管理的时候通常会参照本科院校的管理方式,但是这严重忽视了专升本院校的实际情况和自身的发展特点,必然会给本院校带来严重的科研管理问题。本文就专升本院校科研管理机制中存在的问题进行了介绍,并提出了相应的解决措施。For the lack of the effective science and research management mechanism in the junior colleges being upgraded to the senior college,they usually consult the regular colleges about the science and research management mechanism. It utterly ignores their real situation and development characteristics so as to bring the serious science and research management problems. The paper probes into the problems of their science and research management mechanism and proposes the resolution.
