大型节事志愿者动机对满意度及行为意向的影响——以十二运高校志愿者为例

摘　　要：以2013年第十二届全运会为例,通过对沈阳市454名高校志愿者进行问卷调查,构建高校志愿者参与大型节事志愿服务动机、满意度和行为意向的结构方程模型。研究结果表明:高校志愿者动机表现为自我实现、外界影响、心理调节和娱乐新奇;高校志愿者的动机显著影响满意度;高校志愿者的满意度显著影响行为意向;满意度作为中介变量加强了动机对行为意向的影响。研究结果为今后继续发挥高校志愿者的效能提供理论依据。The 12th National Games in 2013 was taken as a case. According to the questionnaire survey among 454 university volunteers in Shenyang, a structural equation model was developed in an attempt to illustrate the effects of motivation and satisfaction on behavioral intention. The results were indicated as follows： the motivations of university volunteers derived from four factors： self-achieve, ambient effects, mental regulation and entertainment. Volunteer satisfaction was affected by motivations directly. Satisfaction had significant effect on behavioral intention. As a medium variable, satisfaction enhanced the impact of volunteer motivation on behavioral intention. The results of this research will provide theoretical basis to express the efficiency on volunteer in the future.
