摘　　要：农民工的就业流动问题受到多重因素的制约,而户籍因素则是其中非常重要的影响因素。在十八届三中全会《决定》出台的时机上,原先的户籍制度即将出现大的变革,但户籍制度背后所隐含的问题也同样值得关注。文章分析界定了户籍制度背后的"隐性户籍墙"的持续性与地域隔离性问题,利用Logit二元选择模型,分析"隐性户籍墙"制度对于农民工就业的影响,分析发现:教育公共品供给,医疗保险,失业保障等多重户籍制度隐性壁垒直接制约了农民工的就业流动,户籍制度的彻底改革势不容缓。The employment of migrant workers flowing problems constrained by multiple factors, and hukou factor is one of the great important factors.After The Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist, the original household registration system will soon be a major change, but the underlying problem of the household registration system is also worthy of attention.Paper analyzes the household registration system behind the hidden household wall persistent and geographical isolation problems, the use of binary choice Logit Model to analyze the impact of the employment of migrant workers by hidden household registration wall system. The study found： children education, medical insurance, unemployment insurance and other hidden barriers directly restricts the employment of migrant workers, a thorough reform of the household registration system should not be delayed.
